My first illustration job occurred in 1993 right after I graduated from the School of Visual Arts. It was a couple of black and whites for ABA Banking Journal in New York City. Prior to that I was painting the backs of jean jackets and doing these really cool drawings of dragons and heavy metal band logos.  More recent clients include the Wall Street Journal, PlanAdvisor, The New Republic, Ford, Penthouse, Time Inc, Harvard Magazine, The Magazine Group, eBay, and many others...

I travel into Manhattan to teach illustration at the School of Art and Design at FIT and do lectures for schools throughout the country.

I am also a member of the Society of Illustrators in New York and have been elected to the Executive Committee and Chair of the Education Committee; responsible for the Annual Student Scholarship Competition and the prestigious Zankel Scholarship.
